Refund Policy

1. General

This Refund Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of AURON Therapeutics ("AURON", "we", "our" or "the Company").

By placing any order, the customer declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted this policy.

2. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through AURON Therapeutics are considered FINAL SALE.

Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, the purchase is considered final.

• We do not accept voluntary returns.
• We do not accept cancellations.
• We do not accept product exchanges.
• We do not issue commercial credits.
• We do not issue refunds, except when applicable law expressly requires it.

3. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed or its internal processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled by the buyer.

Any cancellation request will be subject to the sole discretion of AURON Therapeutics.

4. Returns

For reasons related to the nature of the products marketed, AURON Therapeutics does not accept product returns under any circumstances, unless a mandatory legal obligation provides otherwise.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• change of mind;
• buyer error;
• duplicate purchase;
• lack of knowledge of the product;
• buyer expectations;
• incompatibility with the customer's purposes;
• transportation delays;
• import problems;
• package refusal;
• recipient absence;
• errors in the address provided by the buyer;
• customs costs;
• taxes;
• tariffs;
• storage expenses;
• regulatory restrictions of the destination country.

5. Refunds

AURON Therapeutics maintains a strict NO REFUNDS policy.

No partial or total refunds will be made once an order is confirmed, except where an express legal obligation so requires.

6. Credits

AURON Therapeutics does not issue commercial credits, coupons, credit notes or economic compensation for completed orders, unless by express written decision of the Company.

7. Replacements

The Company is not obligated to replace products once the order has been dispatched.

Any replacement that is eventually authorized will constitute an exceptional commercial decision and will not create precedent or obligation for future cases.

8. International Orders

The buyer is solely responsible for verifying in advance the applicable regulations in their country.

AURON Therapeutics will not be liable for:

• import restrictions;
• customs holds;
• confiscations;
• inspections;
• taxes;
• tariffs;
• permits;
• licenses;
• administrative costs;
• destruction of merchandise by authorities.

These circumstances will not generate any right to return or refund, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Buyer Responsibility

Before placing an order, the buyer accepts that it is their responsibility to:

• verify that the order information is correct;
• verify the delivery address;
• verify the applicable regulations in their jurisdiction;
• ensure that they can legally receive the requested products.

10. Transfer of Risk

Once the order is delivered to the carrier, the risk associated with transportation transfers to the buyer in accordance with the terms applicable to the shipment.

Any subsequent incident related to transportation must be handled in accordance with the carrier's conditions and applicable law.

11. Typographical Errors

AURON Therapeutics may cancel orders when there are obvious errors related to:

• prices;
• availability;
• descriptions;
• photographs;
• published information.

In such cases, if applicable, any amount charged for an order that the Company cannot fulfil due to such error will be refunded.

12. Exceptional Cases

AURON Therapeutics may, at its sole discretion and without assuming future obligation, offer an exceptional commercial solution when it considers it appropriate.

Any exception granted in a particular case will not constitute precedent or modify this policy for other customers.

13. Limitation of Liability

This Refund Policy does not limit or exclude those rights that are non-waivable under applicable law.

In all other cases, this policy will prevail.

14. Modifications

AURON Therapeutics may modify this Refund Policy at any time.

The version published on the website will be the only current version.
