6. Transfer of Risk

Once the order has been delivered to the carrier for dispatch, the risk of loss, damage, deterioration, delay, misplacement or any other incident related to transportation transfers to the buyer, in accordance with the terms applicable to the shipment.

From that moment, transportation is under the responsibility of the carrier and the conditions contracted for that service.

7. Delays

Delivery times published on our website are estimates only.

AURON does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

We will not be liable for delays caused by:

• carriers;
• customs;
• government authorities;
• regulatory inspections;
• sanitary controls;
• weather conditions;
• strikes;
• international conflicts;

8. Delivery Address

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide correct and complete information.

AURON will not be liable for failed deliveries resulting from:

• absent recipient;
• refusal to receive the package.

The costs arising from a new shipment will be borne entirely by the buyer.

9. Customs and Import

The buyer is solely responsible for verifying in advance that the import of the products is permitted in their jurisdiction.

Likewise, they will be responsible for obtaining any permit, license or authorization required by local authorities.

The buyer will bear exclusively:

• taxes;
• tariffs;

• import duties;
• storage expenses;

10. Government Inspections

AURON has no control over inspections carried out by:

• regulatory authorities;
• government agencies;
• border control agencies.

Any delay, review or action derived from such authorities will be beyond AURON's control.

11. International Shipping

International orders are subject to the laws of the destination country.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to know such regulations before placing the order.

AURON will not be liable if a country restricts, limits or prevents the import of any of our products.

12. Impossibility of Delivery

13. Package Refusal

If the buyer voluntarily refuses a shipment, such refusal will not generate any right to return, refund, replacement or credit.

14. Unclaimed Packages

If an order is abandoned, unclaimed or returned due to the buyer's inaction, AURON may freely dispose of such order without any obligation to reship it or refund any amount.

15. Force Majeure Events

AURON will not be liable for delays or breaches arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to:

• government restrictions;

16. Tracking Information

When available, AURON may provide tracking information.

The availability of the tracking number will depend exclusively on the carrier.

AURON does not guarantee the permanent updating of such information.

17. Limited Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AURON will not be liable for losses, damages, delays or costs arising from transportation once the order has been delivered to the carrier, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights that may correspond to the buyer under the law.
